I bought some locally made radish-rich kimchi last week and have been eating a little bit every day (after having a colonoscopy earlier this month — which I am guessing probably upset the balance of bacteria in my large intestine a bit…) Thank you for writing and sharing this blog post!!!

This is one food i was not able to learn to like. Besides it’s sour taste, it also gave me stomach cramps. Guess I’ll have to get my probiotics elsewhere
