5 Tips To Increase Your Energetic Vibrational Frequency

The quantum physicists have proven it: We are not just this physical body. Our presence doesn’t end at our skin line. We have an energy field around us.

This energetic aura connects us to other living beings and the universe around us. We are all interconnected. Each one of us has a unique aura, and we are part of the same divine brilliance that created the infinite cosmos.

When we are in touch with this feeling of being a part of the divine, our true essence being love, then our energy vibrates at a high frequency. Our positive thoughts and feelings and healthy practices support a bright energy field.

On the other hand, if we live in a state of fear, negativity, and separation, and fill our body with unhealthy substances (low-vibrational food, alcohol, and drugs), then our energy field becomes blocked, clouded, and dark.

Our energy is a magnet. It attracts experiences in the world to match our energetic field. Because we create our energy with how we treat ourselves inside and out, we are responsible for our energy and our life experiences. Life doesn’t happen to us. Rather, our outer experience reflects our inner state.

positivity

Here are some of the ways you can take responsibility for your energy:

1. Focus on your breath.

This practice takes us right into our body, calms our nervous system, and shifts our energetic presence.

2. Take time to slow down.

Most of us are so busy filling our lives with unending tasks. Put SLOW DOWN on your to-do list and trust that’s its a very important task.

3. Process and consciously feel your feelings.

Many of us learned to stuff our feelings down, especially if they are negative or “un”spiritual. Actually, the spiritual practice is to feel all of our feelings. The sooner you feel and process the feeling, the sooner and easier it will release. Being human is the doorway to the divine.

4. Repeat a mantra like, “I am divine love.”

Mantras help to retrain your mind away from conditioned beliefs. They help us return to our true essence, as mantras carry a vibrational frequency that permeates throughout the body.

5. Cultivate compassion.

Your energy is something you put out into the world. It either uplifts or drains others. When you notice this interconnection, how we affect one another, we start to take more responsibility for the energy we radiate.

By engaging in daily practices like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and healthy eating we shift our energy. We begin to operate at a high-vibrational frequency, the frequency of love, and that’s when we are a magnet for more positive relationships and experiences.

When our energetic aura shifts, our consciousness expands, our nervous system neutralizes, and we begin to fully realize and experience a spiritual awakening… the recognition of our divine essence. Things become possible that weren’t before. A miraculous life unfolds in front of us.

Raising Vibrations: How To Be The Change You Want To See In The World

By Nanice Ellis      Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

We hear it all the time, “Be the change you want to see in the world” – but what does it really mean? And how do we go about making it happen?

If you are reading this far, you are likely an evolutionary pioneer, paradigm trend setter, or what I call a consciousness shifter. However you see yourself, you know that you came here to make a difference, and maybe even a profound difference. But, let’s face it, the high hopes of even the most well intentioned souls can get obscured in the confusion and chaos of reality. It’s hard to keep on track and fulfill your purpose, when you are pulled in so many directions, just to maintain a life – just to survive.

Maybe you remember what you came here to do, but you have neglected, or even betrayed, your own heart due to fear, worry or doubt, or maybe you have forgotten what you came here to do, and you have spent the better part of your life seeking your purpose, but never quite finding it. The truth is, you don’t need to remember the specifics of your purpose in order to fulfill your mission. You only need to remember one thing.

You and I – and millions of other people living on earth right now – are here to evolve the world to the next level of consciousness. Our purpose is to bring forth an enlightened paradigm of reality, with freedom from war, poverty and disease. We are the bringers of the New Dream, and each one of us has an essential role to play. The chaos of the world may seem overwhelming, but you only have to fulfill your particular part. If fear, doubt or overwhelm stops you from realizing your purpose as Consciousness Shifter, you have missed the point.

Maybe you have specific gifts or talents that allow you to express your purpose in certain ways, but, honestly that is not a requirement. Your essential role in this glorious process is to be responsible for your own evolution – not in healing or teaching anyone else and not in single-handedly transforming the world. Your special part is in the evolution of your own consciousness. Your purpose is to evolve yourself. As such, you may become a teacher, healer or innovator, but it is a by-product of your own evolution. Trying to teach, heal, or effect change from an unevolved or asleep state only reinforces the old paradigms that we are here to transform. If you want to wake others up, you must first be awake yourself. So, how do we fulfill our mission?

The Secret to Evolution is Vibration

From the city-sized Rock of Gibraltar to each tiny raindrop falling on a window pane, everything is vibration. You and I are also made of vibration. We don’t see things as vibration because we are unconscious experts at interpreting vibration into what we call reality. It is our inner interpretation that makes everything seem solid, but that is just the grand illusion. This is great news because it means that we don’t have to wrestle solid things to the ground to overcome them, nor do we have to change reality by force. It means that we only need to evolve vibration in order to evolve ourselves and our world.

The transformation of humanity is simply a vibratory shift to higher frequencies.

There is nothing more important than how you are vibrating. Your personal vibration is your greatest resource and more vital than money, time or even physical energy. Everything is second to your vibration. From a low vibration of fear, worry or overwhelm, life is difficult and relationships are challenging. Scarcity is often the norm and we spend our lives just trying to get by and survive. War, poverty and disease are low vibratory effects. This is the current collective vibration of the world, but this is not how we are intended to live.

From a high vibration of love, life takes on an effortless flow, relationships are harmonic and abundance streams with ease. World liberation is realized as the collective vibration of humanity resonates with love and harmony.

No matter what expression you choose by way of your gifts, talents and preferences, your core mission is to wake up, connect to the source of who you really are – and raise your personal vibration, and as a result, you will fulfill your essential role in raising the collective vibration.

Ultimately, you will experience a new more enlightened world. You are not changing the world or saving anybody. You are only changing you, and saving yourself. When enough of us vibrate on the level of love, a threshold will be met, and just like the hundred monkey experiment, the world will experience exponential growth, heightened consciousness and global awakening. You only need to do your part, and I only need to do mine. This is the whole point.

If you were to make your vibration the most important part of every day, your entire life would change, and you would gain the ability to consciously begin to create the life you most desire.

Take Charge of Your Vibration

Vibration is influenced by thought, but most of the time this is done at an unconscious level so we have no control over our vibration. Imagine how you can positively influence vibration with positive intentions. This means that as your thoughts become more life affirming and encouraging in nature, your life will respond. You can take charge of your vibration and even the vibration of the world around you by being responsible with your mental energy, so if you want to raise your vibration, you must raise your thoughts. The more you consciously take charge of your thoughts, the more your vibration will rise.

If you are not in control of your thoughts, you are not in control of your life.

Your mind is like a quantum computer but if you are not consciously running the computer, it is programmed and run by external forces – be that family, society, government, authority figures or media. You take back your power by taking back the control panel in your head. I know that it can be difficult, at first, to get in the driver’s seat of your thoughts, but there is no greater work that you can, and must, do. If you want to create a better life and a better world, there is no getting around it – first, you must create better thoughts.

As the thinker of your thoughts, you have the power to master your life, and be the change you want to see in the world.

Vibration Assessment

When you want to know the quality or vibration of a thought, just notice how that thought makes you feel – the way in which you feel is always a tell-tale sign of your vibration. If a thought provokes constricting emotions like fear or frustration, you are going in the wrong direction. If a thought provokes expansive emotions like love, peace or compassion, you are going in the right direction.

Depression or fear is on the low spectrum of vibration while joy and love is on the high spectrum of vibration. Although an expression of fear is just as sacred as an expression of love, fear is less evolved because it invokes separation, while love is more evolved because it is moving toward oneness – evolving toward “The One.” There is no accident that you can find the word love in evolve.

The one thing to remember is that negative thoughts and emotions produce low vibrations, while positive thoughts and emotions produce high vibrations.

What Keeps Vibrations Low?

In order to raise your vibration, it is important to understand that your natural vibration is the high vibration of love, and if you were to let go of everything that keeps your vibration suppressed, your energetic frequency would effortlessly rise up, like releasing a cork that is held under water you would rise to the top.

The major causes of low vibration include:

  • Fear of survival or worrying about the future.
  • Shame about the past or holding onto the past in some way.
  • Limiting or false beliefs like scarcity, powerlessness or victimhood.
  • Criticism and judgment of self and/or others.
  • Feelings of unworthiness.
  • Negative thinking.
  • Not trusting yourself or the Universe.

The most common issue that keeps vibration low is focusing on what we do not want; consciously and unconsciously imagining negative outcomes and undesirable experiences, this includes past, present and future.

When a problem, or even a potential problem, arises, it is human nature to focus on the problem, but our vibration cannot be any higher than the source of our focus. Or, maybe we choose to fight against the problem, but this also leads in the wrong direction, because whatever we fight against, we give energy to, thereby lowering our vibration to match that which we are fighting against. If you desire peace but you are fighting against war, you are aligned with war and you will vibrate at the level of war. Be “for” something – not against. If you want peace, be peaceful. If you want love, be loving.

reality

The good news is, at any moment you can become responsible for how you feel and how you vibrate and you can raise your mental and emotional energy to a vibrational point where problems become a vibrational match for solutions.

How Do We Live at Higher Vibrations?

Once again, if you want to raise your vibe, it is essential to Master Your Thoughts, but there are some more pivotal pieces to the puzzle. I am going to show you how to align with higher vibrations so that you can be the change you want to see in the world, but first, I want to remind you that you are not a race car driver, so don’t expect to go from zero to ninety in five seconds. As you take inspired steps to raise your vibration, it is important to be patient and kind with yourself. The following is not shared as a “to do” list, but rather as an empowering guide on your personal path of evolution.

Master Your Beliefs

Since beliefs are conditioned thoughts, every belief has a corresponding vibration. This means that you can raise your vibration by releasing disempowering beliefs, such as victimhood and powerlessness and embracing empowering beliefs. The more you believe in your ability to consciously create, and the more you believe that the Universe unconditionally supports you, the higher your vibe will elevate. It is important to practice the beliefs that will take you where you want to go.

Own Your Worth

As you reclaim your worth and you stop asking the outside world to prove that you are worthy, your vibration will naturally rise, and you will discover that your worth is guaranteed and inherent. Not only do you not have to do anything to prove your worthiness, trying to prove it, keeps you from it – as you cannot prove that which you are. As the sun will rise and the air is free to breathe, your intrinsic worth cannot be taken away, no matter what you do or don’t do.

Meet Your Own Emotional Needs

As you stop sacrificing or compromising yourself in order to get your emotional needs met, your vibration will naturally rise. Meet your own emotional needs: appreciate yourself, understand yourself, accept yourself, acknowledge yourself, listen to yourself. Give yourself full approval to live your life like you really want to live it!

Take Responsibility

In order to be a Consciousness Shifter, you must take full responsibility for your life and every experience in it. This means that nothing is happening to you, and everything is a reflection of you or a complement to you. As long as you blame the world for your woes, you are powerless to create and you keep your vibe low. Conversely, as you take more and more conscious responsibility for your life, your vibration will naturally rise.

Stop Reacting

Every time you negatively react to reality, be that a person, place or experience, you give your power away and you lower your vibration to match that which you are reacting to. The trick is to stop taking things personally – and to drop your version of the story that caused you to react. It is just a story and no stories are true unless we make them true.

Don’t Catch the Dirty Rag

Just because someone throws you a dirty rag doesn’t mean you have to catch it – that rag likely contains low vibration energy. You are not here to be a “negative energy sponge.” If you are going to be responsible with your vibration, you cannot afford to take on other people’s negative energy.

Sweet Surrender

You are a beautiful evolving being and more often than not, evolution is a death and re-birthing process – the death of who you are not and the re-birth of who you really are. This means that it is necessary to surrender whatever no longer serves you or supports your highest good. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Dump the Drama

Many of us are addicted to drama and we don’t even know it. Yes, drama is entertaining to participate in and to gossip about, but it is not worth the cost of your vibration. Drama requires low vibration thoughts, emotions and beliefs, which get acted out in a dramatization. Who cares who did what to who? It is just not worth it – forgive, forget, move on. Dump the Drama!

Be a Conscious Creator

It is powerful to notice what is wrong, but don’t get stuck there. Instead, “use problems” as emotional leverage to bounce off – and into the solution. If you know what you don’t like, you can turn it around – and know what you do like. If you focus on the problem, you are sustaining a state of destruction (this is why if feels so bad). If you refocus your energy and attention on what you do want, you have aligned with the solution which exists on a higher vibration. Once you are aligned with the solution, your inspired action will result in exponential results. This is the act of conscious creation.

Practice Allowance

Go with the flow, stop criticizing and allow everyone to be who they are. Every time you judge or criticize yourself or others, you stifle your vibration. Judgment and criticism are vibration suppressers, even if they are offered with good intentions. As you practice allowance, for yourself and others, your vibration will naturally rise.

Find a Bridge

Lucky for us, there are many bridges that allow us quick access to increased vibration, such as forgiveness, gratitude and letting go. The bridge of forgiveness can take you from shame to relief.

The bridge of gratitude can take you from fear to love. The bridge of letting go can take you from overwhelm to peace. This powerful combination of energetic tools allows us to heal ourselves and rise up to be rightfully whole.

Follow Your Inner Guidance

Your body is an amazing navigational device and it will let you know exactly where you are vibrating. Whether guidance comes from your heart, gut or third eye, learn to listen, and if something doesn’t “feel” right, it is not right. Instead of resisting the guidance from your body, course correct your thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Offer Contribution

Most of us have a natural desire to contribute to others, or to the world. If we contribute from a space of obligation, fear or guilt, we offer a low vibration which is counter-productive to our greater purpose -and also to the contribution itself. Feeling sorry for someone is judgment and therefore projects a low vibration, while compassion is seeing another through the eyes of Source and responding from love. This means that before offering your gifts, talents or any form of contribution, you must be clean and clear with your thoughts and intentions and you must align with love so that what you give comes from the space of love – and projects the high vibration of love.

Embrace Self-expression

Be brave to be different, express yourself, speak up, tell your truth, get over pettiness, stop caring what other people think, and think for yourself. Shine your light! This is not the time to be shy. Do a dance and spread your wings – you never know just when you will fly.

Spread Love

The simple yet profound act of choosing love and expressing love raises your vibration. You are made of love – and so is everyone else, even when it seems not to be the case. As you express and spread love, others will feel this great love and they will begin to find it in themselves. As you raise your vibration, the by-product of your purpose is to spread an Epidemic of Love.

Connect with “It”

The more you connect with your higher power or whatever you might call “it,” the higher your vibration will rise. There is no right way to connect – you can get connected in any way that makes you feel aligned with life and the Source of Life. The practice of connecting is a practice of letting go. You cannot be connected and holding on or grasping for anything or anyone at the same time. Mediate, go for a walk, dance, pray, paint, sing – do whatever it takes to let go and get connected. Trust yourself and trust the Universe – it’s all going to be fine.

You Don’t Get a Second Chance

Your life is a precious gift and you don’t get a second chance. If you believe that you are here to make a difference, the time is now. The days of hiding behind fear, unworthiness or shame are gone. You cannot afford another lost day to the bottomless pit of false beliefs that have held you prisoner. You and only you have the key to unlock the binds that have kept you small and uncertain. That key is courage. The courage to be who you really are. The courage to go well past your current comfort zone. The courage to stand up, speak out and be the glorious expression of who you came here to be.

It is time to reclaim all your power from everyone and everything that you have given it to, and take that power and allow it to fill your soul. Luxuriate in the energy of self-love – and from this place of absolute fullness, give it all away through unbridled acts of kindness, and the unique expression that can only come from you. As you make the highest choices for yourself, you also make the highest choices for the planet and humanity. Ultimately, you become the change you want to see in the world.

5 Ways to Ensure Your Vibration Stays High

JULY 30, 2015

Once we attain our goals we feel fulfilled. Finally our dream has been achieved. But what do you notice ….

It slowly starts evaporating once we touch it. You want more, right? Newer, bigger, better, faster, different. That is our motto. Your mind constantly dangles a carrot in front of you with the promise of future satisfaction.

But as soon as you bite it, another one pops up that seems even more delicious than the first one. The self-perpetuating play of chasing your desires. And so the eternal search continues … If only we could keep that cherished feeling a bit longer.

But how is it that we are never satisfied with what we have over a longer period of time?

Hedonistic adaptation

The answer lies in what in ‘hedonistic adaptation’. Hedonistic adaptation is the tendency of humans to quickly return to a relatively stable base level of happiness, despite major positive/negative events.

Hedonistic adaptation has an evolutionary origin. We humans adapt fast. That used to be a good thing.

Imagine yourself being thrown back to the cavemen –era, thrown in the wild with little protection and constant danger. It was more useful then to pay attention to new things, stimuli and changes in the environment which could be potentially life-threatening.

It didn’t really pay off to only appreciate and reflect on the things you have and sit down in perfect bliss. That would NOT be an ideal strategy back then.

That’s why our brain is wired to focus on novel things and change in the environment and short-term strategies to survive.

Hedonistic adaptation has an upside (we can get over bad things quickly), but also a downside (but also the good things). It follows that appreciation, satisfaction and gratitude often doesn’t come automatically for us, but takes conscious effort. But why is this so?

Social comparison

Humans are social creatures. The rating your give your happiness is in large part made in comparison to others. Humans don’t have a set happiness point.

Suppose I give you two options:

a) I give you a raise of 300 dollars and your colleges 100 dollars or

b) I give you a raise of 400 dollars and your colleges 500 dollars.

Which one would you choose?

Well … the logical thing would be to choose for the last option. You actually earn more than in the first option.

But researchers have actually tested this and came to the conclusion that people are happier in the first scenario. We compare ourselves to the average in our environment. You judge from the environment where you live right now.

We are happy … but in comparison to others.

This also explains why income inequality is a bigger predictor of unhappiness than the gross national product once a basic level of basic survival needs is reached.

So how can you make happiness last longer?

#1. Reflect on where you already are

If you reflect on good things that you have and gained, it automatically cultivates more optimism and a positive mood. You see the bigger picture and notice things that by now you have taken for granted. We start framing our reality in a new way.

It’s the same thing what a lot of painters do. They see the extraordinary in the ordinary. They bring forward elements and focus our attention on things that we normally don’t notice anymore, because we are used to it.

raise_your_vibration

#2. Look back at the progress you’ve made

We look at ourselves through the situation at the present moment. The current standards and beliefs we hold. The goals we achieved and the progress we’ve made.

When you first start out lifting weights, you advance a lot. You quickly raise the bar higher. You immediately notice the changes, feel good and proud about yourself.

But if you see yourself in the mirror each day …. you fail to notice the results. You’re thinking from the perspective of the person who you are right now, instead of the person who you’ve been. Although that person would be enormously grateful with how you look right now.

It takes an old friend who you haven’t seen for a while to realize how much you’ve changed. You are constantly pushing your limits. Focusing on a new point and a new horizon. But you never look back to notice what you already achieved. We keep on looking forward … toward a future that never comes.

Change mostly comes gradually. Day by day, step by step. But if you take a step each day and do that over a long period of time, you’ve traveled a long way.

But to see that you have to pause and reflect on the growth you achieved and the lessons you learned along the way. You can see the beauty of the path that guides you along your hero’s journey.

#3. Gratitude

Gratitude cultivates the act of appreciation. There is a lesson to be learned from everything. Every closed door opens a new door.

You need the bad to appreciate the good. Without that contrast you wouldn’t be able to judge experiences. There is no right belief. It comes down to choosing the most empowering beliefs that work for you, without hurting others.

Have gratitude towards others. You know how hard it is to give yourself gratitude. Imagine how you would feel when someone would give it to you.

When you start looking at life through that lens, life will have more meaning and possibilities. Problems can be viewed as obstacles … or challenges. How would you learn without making any mistake?

If we put our focus on what we do have, life doesn’t seem so bad. Shelter, tasty food and water, safety and a good health were once the things people prayed for. At the end of the day ask yourself the question ‘does this truly matter’?

Tip: Keep a gratitude journal. I write down the things I am grateful for just before I go to sleep. It brings peace to my day just before bedtime.

#4. Celebrate

Celebrate the (small) victories you’ve made. Pause for a second. Let it sink in. Sit back and enjoy. You have finally realized what you want. Isn’t that a reason to be happy?

It’s time to give yourself some congratulations and throw a party with some friends.

#5. Find variety and novelty in repetition

Humans are the only animals that are bored. Animals live in the present. Humans have the gift of self-consciousness with an ability to reflect on the past and the future.

To be happy, you have to find pleasure and variation in repetition. Because you easily get used to circumstances and activities it is very important to keep alternating them.

So you’ve got to use a timing that hinders habituation and to connect with the only moment that ever exists … the now.

How Changing Your Beliefs Changes The World Around You

I always tend to see a basic fault when I hear people talk about hoping for change in the world. It’s the idea that we see the notion of change as something happening outside of us, driven by some faceless group of elite scientists, inventors and leaders coming up with some revolutionary idea that would set the world on a different course.

The fault with this notion is that it comes from the same mould which gave form to the problem in the first place – separation. We feel that we are separate from all the atrocities happening in different corners of the world; separate from shady global deals done in the interest of the few; separate from the marvelous work done by selfless peacekeepers and volunteers; separate from the bloodied hands of our previous generation and the problems of the next generations.

We think that we are helpless, innocent and powerless in the face of all this and that the change we expect ‘has’ to come from others, individuals, collectives or nations.

The Pain of Separation

When we look at the world outside we constantly see problems. We see real world problems such as overpopulation, energy crisis, water scarcity, the destruction of our environment, health hazards, etc. We also see degenerative and auto destructive patterns of behaviour such as greed, materialism, madness, over-consumerism and the general disenchantment with the world and the Universe. In short, we see modern Man as having lost his soul and disconnected with his spirit and the natural world.

When you think of it, in fact, all of these problems we see are rooted in separation.  Humanity seems to be off course because we have separated ourselves from our ancestral wisdom, our enchantment with the magical Universe, with ourselves, with our being. We have increasingly ingrained in us the false idea of individual freedom at the cost of community welfare. We feel that we have the freedom to be separate from our global community and affairs that affect the millions. So the recurrent theme is separation.

Wearing the Inside Out

On another level, we fail to see that our outer world, with all its blessings and problems is merely a projection of our inner world, both individually and collectively. Wars, atrocities, eco-destruction and restlessness is nothing more than a projection of what is happening internally on a deeper psychic level. The state of the world we are in, is nothing more than the state we are in internally on a collective level. Once again, we feel there is a separation between our internal and outer reality which is basically nothing more than a mere illusion. On a positive note, the positive change we are starting to witness is also a reflection of our nascent change in consciousness, first on a individual then collective scale.

Re-programming Your Reality

I feel that the idea to work with is that before we expect any mass changes to the afflictions we see around us in the world, we should start experimenting with changing the immediate reality around us, equipped with the idea that we can bend our personal reality by shifting how we face the world and interact with it. As the iconic quote from Gandhi goes “Be the change you want to see”.

We start shifting our reality not by gaining anything new but by releasing and letting go of years of conditioning and self-limiting beliefs. Here are some beliefs we ought to start adopting, while letting go of their complete opposite, if we really want to start seeing the change happening around us:

1) You are always part of the equation of life

When we feel disconnected we lose our real power. That power is the feeling of being one with life – of being an integral part of the equation. Again, the human dis-ease is that we feel separate from and powerless over the currents of our life stream.

When we realign ourselves with the belief that we are part of the whole eco-system of life with its subtleties and magic, we create a powerful inner conviction that enables us to trust and have faith in whatever is happening. This is the magical ingredient for staying in tune with our highest potential and unblocking those obstacles that keep us from moving forward and changing our reality.

universe

2) You can empower yourself to be the change you want

We are embedded in a system that is programmed to disempower us and condition us into believing that change happens outside of us. Yet, when we listen closer to our heart, we realise that this empowerment or disempowerment is only in our hands. If we allow ourselves to be grind down by the machinery of the system, then that is what we create.

If on the other hand we take charge of our life and destiny and encourage ourselves with the idea that only we have the power to make the change, we are turning the tables on the system. We start becoming free hearts and free thinkers. The shackles no longer bind us because we become masters of our own destiny.

3) You are a co-creator of your own reality

It’s a simple but powerful truth really. You are the co-creator of your own reality. Look at your life, the state you are now in – whether good or bad. You had a big say to create all that, whether you are conscious of it or otherwise. Since we are agents in our own life, we make choices, interact, dream and act, we are undeniably co-creators of our own reality. The more we catch up with the idea and consciously take hold of it, the more we can co-create and change our life positively.

4) Healing is losing the sense of separateness & fear

If you consciously look deep into yourself, you will find a constant yearning for healing, for restoring your being. This is a constant spiritual quest that we look for in different ways, at different times in our life. What this healing really means is remembering who we really are – our real power, our humanity and divinity at the same time. Most of all healing is transcending fear and our sense of separateness.

It is important then to always remember that we can heal ourselves by moving away from fear and the belief that we are disconnected and alone in a hostile universe, to one where we have faith that no matter how our life fluctuates, it’s all fine since we are supported by an infinite source of love and power.

5) Others are allies to your co-creations

The sense of separation continues to be reinforced by the sense of ‘us and them’. We feel that others can be a threat to our own wellbeing and happiness. We see them as possible competitors in a limited pool of resources. We enter into the survival mindset.

This is all very counterproductive at best. The more we let go of the sense of fear and separateness (thus being healed), the more we see others as potential allies and contributors to our own co-creations. This cannot be otherwise if we start from the premise that everything is interconnected and that we are an integral part of the equation of life (see point number one).

People who have become conscious co-creators of their own destiny know the true value and power in this. They understand the importance of helping, sharing, trusting and giving out while getting in. They understand human nature more intimately, knowing that each and every person, no matter how his or her outer behaviour can be off-putting, carry the same potential for healing themselves, others and the world around them.

6) You can always change the channel you tune into

Another fundamental truth that has been echoed in various forms is that everything is ultimately energy and vibration at different levels of frequency:  From very low, soul-wrenching vibrations to elevating, exhilarating frequencies of love and bliss. You have ultimately the power and freedom to choose which channel to tune into. Negative self-talk, self-limiting beliefs, fear, cynical friends, etc, will keep you stuck in a reality that vibrates at low frequency, so to speak.

On the other hand, opening your heart to new experiences and adventures, doing more of the things you like, being grateful, surrounding your self with exciting people and not being afraid to love will help you shift into a frequency bandwidth that will make you attract more of the same goodness and excitement. It will literally make you become the change you want to see in yourself and the world.

It’s basically about tuning in to and attracting the energy vibrations you would like to see more of in your reality. Thus while you are tuning in to higher frequencies and tuning out of the lower ones, you are co-creating a meaningful and positive personal reality which ultimately is projected and manifested onto the world. The result is that you would be creating the change you want to see in this world. On a collective level, this would be the beginning of a new earth.

10 Tips To Raise Your Energetic Vibration Today

BY BRIGITTE MEINDERS     JULY 13, 2013

Raising your energetic vibration helps you, helps those around you, and helps the world. Here are ten simple things you can do today to start raising your energy. Try all of them or just one… either way it should make your day brighter and better.

1. Do yoga.

Yoga makes you feel good, both physically and mentally. Even if you only have time for one pose, do it. Do it at your desk, on the plane, in your living room. If you have time for a full class, completely surrender yourself to the practice and simply let the dance of yoga flow.

2. Connect with an animal.

Animals have humanity if you only pay enough attention. I love playing with my dogs and noticing their thoughts come into real-live actions, their sense of humor, loyalty, and passion.

3. Give someone a genuine hug.

I’m not talking about the kind of hug where your shoulders pop out of their sockets to create the most amount of space between you and your hugging partner. I’m talking full body, full emotions, hug it like you mean it. If you don’t, you shouldn’t be hugging that person in the first place. (Or they shouldn’t be hugging you.)

4. Watch a tree in the wind.

Trees tell their own story, they have seen a lot. They are a perfect definition of the balance between strength and grace.

5. Do a random act of kindness.

Buy a coworker a cookie, or pick up something someone dropped for them. One random act of kindness leads to another, and each time you do something good for someone else, you plant a brand new good seed.

6. Smile.

Smile at people, babies, dogs, and life. The other day I passed a grumpy-looking man in a garbage truck who seemed to be scowling at me. I looked and him and gave him my brightest smile, and the scowl completely melted off his face and he beamed just as brightly. I hope that he passed that smile on to someone else.

7. Listen to birds.

They tell a story. You can tell when they are upset, interacting, or just singing for the pleasure of it. Their sounds are music for human ears.

8. Be light on your feet.

Leap, dance, and tread lightly. Skip for no reason, and don’t drag your feet. Don’t forget we’re all walking atop our lovely Mother Earth and she’s already taken enough of a beating. Don’t add to it.

9. Shut off your electronics and be present.

Don’t watch your life through your smart phone. Sometimes it’s cool to record things, other times things are so special they only deserve to live in your memory. Don’t miss out on those.

10. Give someone or something your undivided attention.

Hold a person’s eye contact, listen to what they have to say, and make them your priority. Focus on a project so intently that you have no idea how much time has passed.
